Cosplay printing, painting & finishing

FDM printing gives a prop its shape. Surface preparation and paint bring out its details. At SmoTech3D we work on cosplay props, masks and helmets in Thessaloniki, for projects across Greece.

Beyond the printed shape

The work can include sanding, priming and painting, depending on the piece. Size, assembly and the finish you have in mind all affect how we approach it.

From the workbench

Arcana Mace from Lineage 2 was printed and painted in the studio. Venom Fang from Solo Leveling combines surface preparation with black, gold and silver paint and a wrapped handle. The Daredevil project shows a helmet during painting.
